In aztec mythology, mayahuel, the goddess of the maguey agave plant, fell in love with quetzalcoatl. The feathered serpent god, who would visit her in secret.
We bring to life this myth taking only the best Azul agave from the Jaliscan highlands. The Jimador’s then painstakingly harvest plant by plant. The Pinas are then hand selected and hand cut before being cooked in hornas, traditional brick ovens. Only when the nectar runs free we combine with the spirit of tequila.
We don’t search for the vibes – we make them.
La Borosa, inspired by the unbridled passion and energy of modern Mexico where every day is a fiesta, where people come together to enjoy lively, fun times whether it’s Día de los muertos or Cinco de Mayo celebrating their culture or simply a gathering of friends to create the vibrant energy!
